Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your MendDesk dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated for the current month.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a single support thread between a customer and your MendDesk agent, regardless of how many messages are exchanged within it.
Do you offer annual billing or custom enterprise plans?
Yes. Contact our sales team for annual contracts, custom volume limits, SSO, dedicated support, and SLA guarantees on the Business plan or above.
